Bournemouth Blind Society is an independent, local charity. We are not affiliated with any group or other charity. We receive a small grant from the Local Authority towards the costs of running our Resource Centre and Community Support service, otherwise we are self- financing.
We rely heavily on donations from friends, supporters and local businesses together with a variety of fundraising initiatives to meet our costs. All donations, whether large or small, are gratefully received and put to good use for the benefit of our members.
